The Classic Package – A Cosmopolitan for each guest on arrival, Boags Bottled Beer, Bennett's
Lane Sparkling, Deakin Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Deakin Estate Pinot Noir,
Soft Drinks and Juice. We maintain a fully stocked bar for all packages if people decide to
purchase spirits. This package suits 80 percent of functions.
The Intimate Package – A Cosmopolitan and a Mojito for the first part of the night, Boags
Premium and Corona (or something else if requested) Four Sisters
Sparkling, Ninth Island Chardonnay, Mojo Sauvignon Blanc, Mornington Estate Rose, Sticks Pinon Noir, Soft
Drinks and Juice. Caters to the more discerning host. Suited to Engagement parties,
Wedding receptions and Corporate Events.
The Shared Package – Many hotels, pubs and restaurants have a separate side room for
functions. These rooms have a fee and a minimum spend.
We have
come up with a competitive package to help people to avoid having their important day at a side room or an
upstairs room at a pub or restaurant. After an initial welcome drinks period where you decide the duration,
guests then buy their own. Whatever is spent contributes to the cost of
the event.

Food Options
Simply choose one of the above drinks packages and add a Food Option Menu and most of the work is done. Alternatively, source your own caterer or use our facilities on-site do your own catering.... |
